Good morning lovelies, anytime you find at least 30mins daily, is a good time to do your morning exercise.

- Try YouTube and do a tabata routine because it gets the heart pumping, targeted at shedding weight or maintains weight, and overall helps to promote good health.
- Search what you need based on the specific keyword – ‘tabata dumbbell upper body’, ‘tabata body weight’ etc. and from the search results, pick one, typically around 20-30mins.
- Try the routine, day 1 – upper body, day 2 – lower body, day 3- full body and shuffle like that for the entire week (Monday- Saturday).
- A day’s routine consists of 5-10 mins warm up, 20-30 mins, 5-10 mins cool down all depending on one’s capabilities. The goal is to ensure to work out 30 mins, 5 days a week (as recommended by WHO)
- Target 10 reps x 3 sets for each exercise. Meaning if you’re to do jumping jacks, you’d be doing 10 jumping jacks, 3 times. In total 30 jumping Jacks with a few secs break between each set.
- When you first get started, ensure to stick to those same routines for a while before switching it up. It helps if the body is accustomed to some set of routines before switching up routines.
