HANDLING CRITICISM

Who doesn’t get criticized? I mean no matter what you do in this life, you’ll get criticized. I continue to look at the criticisms in my career as the places I need to get better. The truth I keep telling women who want to build a career in Tech is that really you have to be tough and push yourself. No one will hand you a job just because you have a pretty face. How I continue to handle criticism is that I look at where I need to improve, I push myself to be and do better and stay focused.
